These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://corcus.in and all products offered by Corcus ("Corcus", "we", "us", or "our"), including Corcus AI Studio, AI Task Manager, WhatsApp API, and Content, Ads & CRM (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the authority to bind your agency or business to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Corcus AI Studio is a social content and agency management platform that allows you to plan, create, approve, schedule, and publish content, manage client brands, collaborate with your team, connect social channels, use AI-assisted writing tools, and view performance analytics. AI Task Manager, WhatsApp API, and Content, Ads & CRM are additional Corcus products that are currently in development and not yet generally available; features described for these products are subject to change prior to launch.
When you connect a third-party account (such as a social media platform) to the Services, you authorize Corcus to access and act on that account strictly for the purposes you configure (e.g., publishing scheduled content). You are responsible for complying with each connected platform's own terms of service and policies. Corcus is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including suspensions, API changes, or content removal.
You retain ownership of all content, brand assets, and data you upload to the Services ("Your Content"). You grant Corcus a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Services (e.g., to schedule and publish posts you approve). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and publish Your Content, and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights or violate any law.
Certain features (such as AI-assisted captions) use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or require review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is published, and Corcus is not liable for content you choose to publish.
You agree not to use the Services to: violate any law or regulation; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; upload malicious code; spam or send unauthorized bulk messages; misrepresent your identity; interfere with the operation of the Services; or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Corcus (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select, until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise required by law. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that connected third-party platforms will remain available or unchanged.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corcus and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Corcus harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
